If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, he/she may be substituted (upon written request addressed to the LESI 2009 Organizing Committee) by someone else from the same organization who is qualified to attend at the same rate (i.e., an LES member may be substituted only by another LES member. If an LES member will be substituted by a non-LES member from the same organization, the difference in registration fees shall be paid.).

Where the registrant is unable to attend, but may not be substituted by another, he/she will be entitled to a refund as follows:

2.1. Registrations cancelled prior to 15 April 2009 will be refunded 80% of the registration fee paid.

2.2. Registrations cancelled prior to 15 May 2009 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

2.3. No requests for refunds will be entertained after 15 May 2009.
